One hour consultation with written report:
This consists of a walk through of your property with our staging consultant, this will primarily be a presentation report including lighting, decoration and room layout and our suggested changes, the consultant will also discuss with you problem areas and help you find solutions, and also help you to make sure you are getting the best from your estate agent.
Fee Including a written report sent to you
£100 fixed price
Full staging/ interior design service:
Taking the report from above, we can do the work for you, here we tailor the session to your requirements, focusing on areas such as de cluttering, repositioning of furniture and redecorating
Fees for this service
Half day staging £150 or
Full day staging £270
Shopping assistance
Although we include a list of retailers and suggestions within our report, some people prefer the more personal approach, where our consultants will be happy to accompany you around retailers advising you as you go or will happily purchase on your behalf if time is an issue
Shopping assistance is charged at £20 an hour
The full package
Introduced after many requests, this is all the above combined into one package, this allows our consultants to remove all the stress and worry, by doing the lot for you, after your initial visit, we send the report to you as above, once agreed on the plan of action, you sit back while we take over
Full package fees are £340 full day / £220 half day
